i just purchased my fist home and never had a pool before! I called a few other company with more reviews, one never got back to me and another took days to respond once they answered. I really wanted someone to come by to test and make sure its swimmable for the weekend. I called them 8am on Wednesday and john was at my house same day to do an inspection. we agreed for him to start getting the pool ready for the weekend and he came the very next day to start treatment. the pool went so long without being treated, the only way for me me to swim within the next day or two was to drain the pool( i could have waited but i made the decision to start fresh). john came back again later that day with the pump and drained the pool and i filled it up over night. he came by again the very next day on Friday once it was filled an make sure everything was working properly and the chemicals were correct. I wanted to write a review because of how quick he was to help and determined to get it ready in the time frame i was asking. john came three days in a row and was very helpful. You want someone who shows up and gets the job done, and that's exactly what they did. Thanks again!
We were looking to have a heat pump installed on our pool so we could extend our swimming season. After reaching out to several other companies we were finally referred over to John with Elite Pool Service by a neighbor, and man am I glad we got in touch with him. A extremely knowledgeable gentlemen, he was able to easily asses our pools aging equipment and make some economical suggestions for which components needed upgrading or replacing so the new heater could thrive and we could simply enjoy swimming in our pool.He was knowledgeable in regards to the different heat pump's on the market. Helping us select a make and model that worked best for our pool and what we wanted. With the Raypack model we settled on he was able to integrate our existing pump, so it could be controlled through the heat pump. With the Raypack app we can now remotely control the pool on the fly, or leave the program running automatically on its on so the pool just stays perfect.Elite installed the new heater and larger filter back in March '25, so we have been running this for a while and its all been great. Two weeks ago we had some error message on the heater, and it wouldn't go into heat mode. I texted John on a Sunday when it first happened, on Monday he and! a Raypack technician were at my house, and the unit was repaired and back to normal. Nobody does service like that. Truly amazing. He called it a warranty claim and didn't charge us a dime. I would highly recommend reaching out to Elite Pool Service for any of your pool needs. They stand behind their work.Oo and one more thing, my old pool equipment was just kind of an eye sore. Our system is sort of exposed, we have no enclosure around it or anything. The filter and heat pump John selected sort of color match, and he took the time to paint all of the piping. So with that and how he laid out the equipment it actually looks pretty sweet. That wasn't something I was expecting but it was a really nice touch.
Worst pool cleaning service ever. They will take your money and not clean your pool. Been over a month and our pool looks worse than it did before they started. Consider another company before you try them. The owner also shifted the blame of the pool on us.
