I love these guys! I started with the original owner and to be honest, I am always nervous when someone new takes over a great business when the OG decides to retire BUT Victor exceeded my expectations. When Victor first took over the business, I had this annoying calcium buildup ring along the inside that I could never fully remove and was told it would always be there. Pretty soon, it was completely GONE and has yet to come back! Anytime I text him, he is quick to respond. Victor and his crew are super friendly and I have sent a lot of referrals his way because he is that good.
Our experience with Prime Pool Service has been outstanding since the very beginning. Victor is the most honest and respectful person to work with you could ever find. If you need anything, have questions, or want something extra done in your pool, he always answers immediately. Our pool has been in perfect condition since 2024 thanks to the professional maintenance, during summer and winter, from Prime Pool Service. A HUGE thank you to Victor and his excellent team over at Prime Pool Service (This is a long review, but they certainly earned their five stars and here’s why!!)We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation — we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Being on a well has come with its own set of challenges like keeping the metal low, our waters reaction to chlorine etc. We thought we were in good hands with our original service provider, but we were NOT. They started to neglect our pool and skip important appointments. They had us buying and adding in chemicals. We expressed our concerns and showed them photos of the changes in the water. They did nothing!! Once he finally made his way out to the job site, the damage was done. Our old provider flat out refused to help rectify the situation. He insisted the swamp was unavoidable because we have ‘bad water’. He left us with the before picture you see in that photo. It was a DISASTER.We were left with a filthy pool and nowhere to turn.A friend had excellent things to say about Prime Pool Service and said we should give them a try.I called Victor and talked to him on the phone. Right away I could tell how invested he was in his jobs and caring for his customers. He made it a point to come out to us quickly. He got to work and set us up with a plan to get our pool back. He got the pool pumped and started cleaning it out and had it sparkling like new in no time. He even went the extra mile and did an additional treatment just to make sure that our pool had zero stains.Our pool truly looks like the first time we filled it and we could not be more grateful!! Just look at those photos!Since then, Victor has maintained the pool wonderfully. He is on top of everything, he checks in with us often. He’s always monitoring our water and making sure to adjust where necessary. He truly cares about what he is doing and making sure that his clients can enjoy their investment.I HIGHLY recommend Prime Pool Service!!!They really are the best! Prime Pool Service has been servicing my pool for about a year now and couldn’t be more of a satisfied customer. When I showed Victor pictures of my green pool he ensured me that he could take care of it. Victor is very passionate on what he does and is quick to respond when I reach out with any questions. Overall Prime Pool Service is the way to go, I highly recommend it!!!
Victor was by far the best pool service technician I’ve encountered. He spearheaded the draining and cleaning of my 20,000 gallon pool/spa. He worked diligently and thoroughly. He also ensured a great pool experience by teaching me how the filtration system works. He gave great advice on maintaining my pool as well! I’m very satisfied with his exceptional service. Highly recommend!
