I reached out about a leak in my pool, and they responded almost immediately. Dave and Kim were at my house the next morning and went above and beyond to track down the issues and fix them as they found them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was repaired properly. Excellent customer service from start to finish - would highly recommend them!

This was our first time using Coastal Pools and the guys (Dan & Daniel) that showed up to open our pool for us were polite, professional and efficient! They showed up on time and did a great job. I had a hole in my pool and Coastal did a great job of not only finding the hole but following up to make sure it was repaired correctly. They also installed a new pool pump.I recommend Coastal, they are easy to do business with, provide excellent workmanship and are reasonably priced!
It was such a pleasure working with Adam, Zach, and their team at Coastal Pools from the time we sent the first email and phone call in November to the completion of the project. We had a tear in our liner in our indoor pool, and after reaching out to several pool companies for a quote, Coastal pools did not disappoint. They scheduled a visit to come out and look at our pool very quickly and took their time to answer any of our questions and explain the next steps to move forward on a replacement. They were respectful and very honest with us on what exactly needed to be done and with us running a B&B, and Christmas just around the corner, they were also able to work with us on our time constraint. We had to have our pool up and running fast as we had guests checking in the following weekend and even with not knowing what to expect behind the old liner, they were confident that they could have the job done within a day or two and they did! If you are looking for someone who knows pools, than we 100% recommend you go with Coastal Pools.
