We hired Cracknell Pools & Backyards to run new underground plumbing lines from our pool to our pump house after our old plumbing had begun to crack due to age. We were incredibly impressed with the entire experience and will be using them for all of our pool needs moving forward.Brett and Adam were quick to respond to my call and get out for a quote. The price they quoted was very reasonable, especially given the concrete they needed to tear out and replace, landscaping they needed to work around, and amount of uncertainty an invasive job like this involved. They were transparent throughout the entire job about what could go wrong and how to mitigate/plan for any contingencies.The process of digging trenches etc. was messy, but the team did a great job of getting everything installed and put back together quickly. When they were finished you could barely even tell they’d been there and concrete was patched cleanly. It is apparent that this is a very experienced team with a high level of knowledge about pools.Overall, a very professional and trustworthy group. Would highly recommend.
Neighbours had a pool installed which required partial access through our property. Brett and company made sure we were fully aware of what was going to take place and the rehab work that would be done to restore any damage done. We were impressed with their efficiency, courtesy and attention to details in keeping their promises. They even upgraded our gate to match the required new fence installation. Everyday the yard and road front was tidied up and left in a safe condition. As a neighbour to the inevitable but required disruption we can say Cracknell and company impressed us with their diligence and quality of work

Brett and his team did an awesome job in our backyard! They installed the pool and all its equipment, along with the shed and shed pad, and a large walkway to/from the house. Our backyard was sloped and the back, behind the pool, and needed to be built up with armour stone. We are very please with how this turned out. Brett had great ideas about what style/shape of walkway to do and convinced us to do the "hand-spun" finish on the cement that not only looks fantastic, but also creates a less slippery surface around the pool. We were leaning towards the brushed style finish but we are so happy we went with hand-spun! Adam had great knowledge of liner styles/choices and had good recommendations for liners.Our job was a big one, with some complex and unexpected hiccups along the way. Brett and his team were always ready and willing to discuss ways to problem solve these issues until we were happy with the project. The team worked collectively and efficiently and stayed longer hours, when needed, to complete tasks.We absolutely love our pool and backyard space! We are so thankful to Brett and his team for helping our vision come to life. We would definitely recommend Cracknell Pools in the future!
From start to finish, the Cracknell construction team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.They worked quickly and diligently and our liner was installed AHEAD of schedule! (I know this might not always be possible but we were impressed!!) Not only did they do a fantastic job with the installation of our pool liner, but they also took the time to clean up and left our backyard looking pristine.We highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and reliable team for their pool project.
