My heater wasn’t firing and I tried fiddling with things myself with no luck. I called Ed and he picked up right away and was at my place the very next business day first thing in am. He is very communicative, fixed a few other things as well as getting my heater going. If you want an expert, and a great person to help you, this is your guy!
Well where do you start!!?? Ed actually answers the phone!!! And listens!! It seems that no pool company will sell, install and or service a new heater - and no one can light the pilot light so you have to arrange all of the extra services yourself!!! Well Ed came to our rescue we not only bought a beautiful new heater he arranged all the other trades!!! 3 days after our phone call it was done - he explained everything to us!!! He also helped us out with a pool chlorinator/control and again done and working in 3 days!!! He helped us out more in the last week than the pool company we were using in the last 6 years!!! Thankyou doesnt seem to be enough but thankyou for your kindness, caring, knowledge and all round patience dealing with my daughter and l - some times when things look too good to be true they are but Ed and his family are the real deal!!So recomend him!!!!!!
I can't recommend Ed enough. He's so knowledgeable and fast. We couldn't get our pool up and running and so we called him up and he diagnosed the issue right away, fixed it, and went on his way. He installed our pool heater last year too and did an incredible job and shared a lot of knowledge with us. This is high quality service!!
Ed and Tyson for the win! I can’t explain how amazing these guys are. We’ve had our pool for 9 years and have never had it this green. We went on vacation and came back to a scary green sight.We had tried to do it ourselves but then called Ed. He came within a day and assessed it. Over the last week, Tyson was here at various times cleaning, scrubbing and adding chemicals, all while informing my wife and I what he was doing.It’s all clear now and we feel they have taught us a few different strategies that will help us long term. The price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend these guys!
We contacted Ed after talking to a couple businesses to do a complete renovation of our pool and deck. Ed got back to us right away and came to give us a quote not long after our first email. We were very pleased with how Knowledgeable he was when we met him and walked him around our yard explaining all of our ideas. He quickly got back to us with a quote which impressed us because any other company we were looking at didn’t even get back to us. Ed and his team of guys were very friendly and did an OUTSTANDING job on our pool renovation. Ed gave us a lot of input design wise and we trusted him. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.
