Every time they’ve come out, they get straight to work and handle everything professionally. They helped me with my jacuzzi and made sure everything was running properly. PROJECT: In-ground Pool Replastering with Pebble Finish ACCESSIBILITY: From the first handshakes when discussing our pool rehab estimate, owner Joe Marangi was unbelievably accessible and 100% reachable on all days and hours when needed. Even when out of the area during his personal time, his PROMPT RESPONSE with phone calls/emails/text msgs. were professionally timely. We never had a more accessible professional in any line of customer service - Joe is a GOLD STANDARD for this operational protocol. STAGES OF COMPLETION: Joe kept us apprised of ALL stages of completion, start dates/times with on-target approximations. WORKMANSHIP: The demo crew did an outstanding job chipping away below our existing border tile and didn’t chip/break any of them… an amazing technical achievement. The workman who installed the step tiles did a PERFECT JOB setting the new double rings of trim tile with a decorative center piece, and readily made slight adjustments during installation per our request. The pebble installation crew covered/protected all the coping during the pumping/troweling process and even promptly installed a plastic cover over-head when a brief rain storm occurred that could have damaged the finish. PRICING: Joe’s competitive initial bid and ongoing updates with add-ons that we selected kept us in the loop of final cost so there were NO SURPRISES when we finalized payment. ADVICE: With his thorough and lengthy expertise, Joe provided valuable info. regarding the latest in pool maintenance, techniques, and equipment (pump, filter, etc.) for future upgrades. I had an issue with my Jacuzzi and Joe expedited it and came out same day and fixed it so fast! I have used him on my other pool as well in Pasadena and he has always expedited my service the best he could I recommend him 100% for fixing pools and pool service. He does an amazing job.
