PISCINE MULTI-SERVICES JC

Shut down our spa last fall, and when we filled it up with water a few weeks ago, there was a leak. They refused to come back to tighten up the connections, unless we pay another $200.00. Be aware, you may have to pay twice for one job. Maybe they did not do it right in order to make more money. If you would have done your job correctly when closing it down, I would not have had to call you to fix the pipes not closed properly. It is not free when you do not do your job properly and then charge extra to fix your mistake.

First time hiring their service when I opened my pool in May 2024. I had an urgent matter with my sand filter and they came the next day !! Had another issue recently and they also showed up as promised without delay. Very knowledgable, reliable and respect the property !! So happy to have finally found a reliable pool company. Super service! Honnête! ... they explained everything they were doing, quick, friendly respectful. They have great advice and helped me via telephone prior to coming and doing the work. They had me do a few tests beforehand to make sure they were coming for x but they actually ended up coming for y and it costed us 1/5 of what we were going to pay for x. Excellent service! I recommend them :)
