I had the pleasure of working with Sam from DB spa repair. I think I inadvertently overchlorinated my spa which caused a leak which caused my heater and motor to seize up and my circuit board to get corroded. I had another spa company come out and tell me that I had to replace everything all at once and estimated a cost of over $3,000. I had Sam come out for a second opinion and he was able to first replace the motor and heater to see if that fixed the problem, we ultimately needed to fix the circuit board as well and he came back out and did that in a timely fashion and was able to do everything for less than the first companies original quote. He also fixed a broken spa light for free. I will definitely use them again for any issues with our hot tub!
