They have great communication! We've been using them for weekly services for 3 season and they are great! Our pool is always clear and beautiful. We were losing water this year and they quickly identified the leak and repaired it the first time!
After over a decade of us doing business with SUNTIME POOLS we are so disappointed and feel ROBBED by them.Every past year when they came to open up the pool everything went smoothly. They came, poured in chemicals, cleaned debris, scrubbed the pool walls, vacuumed and drained out extra water. After doing all of that in the past years pool would look sparkly clean by the next day. This year in 2025 it was a whole different story. They just came in, poured in chemicals did nothing else but charged us the full price of 450$, said we needed to change a part 850$ which they ordered, once it was installed (Tuesday) they said they’ll be back by Friday to bring 5 bags of sand and after almost 2 weeks they didn’t show up. Our pool looks like this after paying over 1300$ and they never delivered sand either.Their customer service has gone downhill so much over the years. They’re using excuses for not doing their job properly. I STRONGLY advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to look somewhere else. They were good in the past but over the years their workers that actually clean the pools have become lazy and dishonest.
Love Suntime! The staff in-store are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, the service department provides careful work at closing and opening and is happy to answer (all of my) questions I have about little things with our system. Happy to support them and continue to go to the shop.
I love this store. My family and I have been using SunTime Pools on Shelbyville for the last 3 summers. The ladies are always in a good mood and fun to talk with. They are quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Granted, sometimes Amazon is cheaper and they'll even tell you to get a product there sometimes, but I'd prefer to purchase it at this store. It's 2024 and good customer service is hard to come by these days. I needed a new Dolphin Pool cleaner. I just purchased one from this store because they do their own warranty / servicing on these units. It beats having to pay shipping to Maytronics to have them fix it. My kids enjoy coming to the store to get the water tested because the ladies are always kind and polite to them.
