We embarked on our spa journey and located Bear Naked Hot Tubs in Loveland. Tyler was amazing and patient with all of our questions, which we had several. Clayton allowed us to do a wet test to get a feel for the tub and determine if it was a fit for us. Once we decided to purchase, the remainder of the process has been very simple. When purchasing a hot tub, you are building a relationship for years to come and we look forward to working with these folks. Keep up the amazing job that y’all are doing!
I am very pleased with my sauna! Clayton was great about locating the sauna i wanted it was challenging but they got it done!
The rating I have given is based on my level of satisfaction with the purchases I made at Bear Naked, and Bear Naked's inability to resolve the problems those purchases have. (I would say "had", but the problems were never solved.)
We are first time Hot Tub owners and had no clue what too expect. Opened it up one morning and it was ice cold. Called a few places in Northern Colorado…without naming companies the customer service we received was terrible to say the least. They all wanted a couple hundred dollars to do a service call and that was just to walk out their door. I just wanted to talk with someone and those places wouldn’t even take the time to answer any questions. Too say we were shocked on how someone would treat a possible customer was beyond me.Tyler (owner) and Miles (tech)at Bear Naked in Loveland and Mountain Mist in Longmont are two amazing guys to work with when dealing with your hot tub needs. When I got Tyler on the phone. He immediately asked me questions. Walked me through a trouble shoot and saved me a trip from a tech. Earned my business immediately. Saved us money and Miles just did our maintenance and tub looks perfect and runs great. Great attitude and truly taught me so much about my tub and made it shine! Both of these two took the time to educate us on what is needed to care for our new toy!I strongly recommend you reach out to them for anything regarding spas and they have an awesome showroom full of fun!Bear Naked Hot Tub you will always have my business and if you are looking for a reputable and affordable company call these guys.
They are so helpful and nice. He answered all of my ridiculous questions, and set me up beautifully. Now let's not be fooled I do not own a fancy hot tub like what they offer, but I bought a blow up hot tub over black Friday and needed chemicals. I promised him I'd bring in a sample of water, so he can fine tune my chemicals with me. Go to them for any hot tub need. They are awesome
