Working with Ryan was a very positive experience from start to finish. We started with our own pretty solid initial design/plan and he and his team made our vision into a complete reality. From the initial quote to the finish line , there were no major budget surprises which is a relief when making such a big commitment. Even with a near skeletal crew of helpers, the installation went smoothly and essentially on the time-table he stated. Ryan was fine with us hiring our own landscaping crew for the space beyond the pool and the two teams worked out the details very effectively and efficiently. He was easy to reach by phone or text and was good at communicating about daily timing if he had delays from coincident job sites. All aspects were handled professionally and he has a great demeanor. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. The end result is simply amazing and we would highly recommend Ryan of River Pools of Northern Colorado to anyone.

Choosing River Pools and working with Ryan was the best decision we could have made! Putting in a pool is not only expensive but also takes a lot of planning. We did a lot of research on pool companies along the front range and after our first meeting we knew Ryan was the contractor we wanted to work with. Coming from a construction background I can tell you that the whole process was extremely smooth. Ryan was committed to getting us what we were looking for and walking us through the whole process. His communication throughout the build was amazing and his response time in getting back to us about questions and options for the pool and equipment upgrades was outstanding. He is a great listener and actually heard us when it came to our expectations on the job.

His expertise when it came to the equipment and spelling out the pros and cons of different pieces we were asking for, led us to a final product that I can say confidently, has made our daily maintenance significantly easier. Additionally, even though our project is completed he has been very quick to respond to any questions and always gives great recommendation on how to address any issues that arise.

Our family, and teenagers friends, have not stopped coming for afternoon swims since we opened in the spring. We are looking forward to years of fun and know that Ryan is available if we every need to reach out!
