Alcoe Lubbock Hot Tubs

Brad and his team helped us recently with a spa and sauna installation in Midland. I was really happy that he was willing to work with us even though Alcoe is based out of Lubbock. We very much appreciated Brad’s experience when it came to the tub install as first time buyers. He had a lot of great recommendations for us when it came to the setup and placement. We had both a seamless purchase and installation experience and were very impressed with the quality of work by the whole group. We’d highly recommend working with Alcoe if you are looking for either a tub or sauna (or both)!!

My current hot tub is the second one I’ve bought. I learned from the FIRST one purchased from a competitor down the street that cheaper is NOT better. The money spent at Alcoe with Brad is well worth it. Customer Service 100%! Follow-up after the sell 100%! Great company, great service, great product! Thanks Brad for taking good care of me and my family!

We couldn’t be happier with the way everyone at Alcoe treated us! From the moment we walked in Steve, Bread and Gracie May treated us like family. They helped us pick the perfect hot tub for our needs as well. When it came to the electrical and installation team, that same family feel continued. They gave their input as asked and we picked the right spot on our patio for it to sit. I received an in depth walk through on how everything worked and how to maintain it. They even wrote on the bottles how and when to use it, super helpful!! If you’re looking for an amazing product that will hold up over time that’s coupled with an even more amazing support team, I definitely 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a hot tub from Alcoe, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment we walked into their showroom, Brad Lee, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and his knowledge of hot tubs was truly exceptional. Brad guided us through their selection and helped us find the ideal tub for our home. What impressed us even more was his dedication to explaining the entire installation process in detail, ensuring that we felt comfortable with every step. What sets Alcoe apart is Brad's genuine pride in running a local business that has been in his family for many years. It's clear that he cares deeply about his customers and the quality of service he provides. The speed at which I was able to purchase the hot tub and have it installed was remarkable. Alcoe's team of professionals, who handled the electrical work and installation, were fantastic. They were efficient, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. But it doesn't end there. Alcoe went above and beyond by providing me with thorough instructions on how to maintain and use the hot tub. This level of customer support is truly commendable and has made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
