We first encountered Chandler in February. She was very personable and helpful in making our decision into the correct hot tub which would meet our needs. Chandler was also able to help us find a contractor experienced in creating a pad for the spa. The installers from Bachmanns were very polite and knowledgeable. Chandler guided us through the setup process with her experience. We would highly recommend Bachmanns Pools and Spas.
I just bought a home with an in-ground pool last year and had no idea what to do with this thing. The in-store service rep was super helpful and gave me great insight into pool management. Life saver! This year I had Bachmann’s install a new pool liner because the original was falling apart. The service technicians were fantastic! They took out the old liner, patched up the cement foundation and installed the new liner in the same day! Since my pool is a weird shape, it did take 3 days to get it fully installed and filled with water. I’m impressed by the outcome. It looks so good! I’m proud to say my back yard is the coolest on the block!
Sam was so helpful in facilitating the purchase of our sauna! A process that we have been trying to make happen for several years Sam made it happen in a few short weeks after coming in to Bachmans to checkout their awesome inventory. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your next sauna purchase !
Bachmann’s has been the most amazing company to work with from their sales rep. Neo. She knows her stuff and she is amazing at going over everything in detail and helping us get our correct Spa and Being able to have an answer for any other questions we had she just knew it cannot Give her enough credit.Kris who schedules delivery awesome awesome gentleman very professional very very, very, very helpful. I cannot tell you what a great experience it has been dealing with Bachmann’s.And then the three gentleman that delivered the hot tub very professional very very respectful answered all our questions great great great guys. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience and so thankful we ended up buying a new Hot Springs hot tub from them.Definitely in the future looking to purchase a sauna hands-down I’ll be heading there firstI cannot praise the whole purchase from start to finish and such Professional and knowledgeable service…. We recently purchased a Hot Springs Grandee through Bachmann. We had been looking at used ones but had no clue about hot tubs. We went into just ask some questions and decided to buy new. Everyone at Bachmann was kind and patient with all of our questions. Since our purchase, our Sales person, Neo, has been pretty much in daily contact helping to make sure everything is set up and functioning as it should. She answers my texts very quickly and has been extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend Bachmann to anyone!
