wow! what nice people. brought my brand new spa bath from my salon here to be repaired, after a long battle with Amazon not refunding me for the faulty product. They had it for a day, repaired it for no cost! I'm so appreciative. I recommend then for any spa or hot tub repairs. thanks!

His communication is great and he stayed on schedule, quickly informed us of any changes to the schedule and responded to any questions we had within a few hours always. Our new sauna is GORGEOUS! We purchased a finnleo sauna from Leisure Concepts and wow! Customer service to the max. Jim and Kerry are great to work with. They know their stuff and are straight shooters when it comes to buying products. We had questions when setting up our new sauna and they were able to answer everything and with great detail. My husband, father-in-law, and myself put together our sauna in under 4 hours. It was a fairly easy process, the most difficult part was the door, which Jim gave us plenty of warning about. Loved working with them and we are so happy with our new sauna!
