Kendyl at Patio Pleasures was fantastic! She tested our water on the spot, explained exactly what was going on, and got us everything we needed to fix the problem. We were so impressed that we brought in our pool water too, and they helped us get that balanced as well. Kendyl was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Great service and quick turnaround for order. We ordered 6 custom Adirondack chairs the day before Mother’s Day and they came in a few weeks before they told us they’d be ready. They are extremely well made and we are super happy with our purchase. The ordering process and straightforward and quick. There was no pressure at all and we felt very comfortable in the showroom.

Jessi is a great person to work with. She stayed on our sauna. We ordered a sauna had a slight problem when it would come in. So then decided to take the floor model from Sun Prairie and it had 6 major dings on it. She said to keep using and when the new one comes it they will swap it out. It came they delivered and it is amazing. I would recommend Patio Pleasures pools and Spas and ask for Jessi!!!

Jessi was wonderful, she answered all our questions. We had done our research with several companies and prices. Patio Pleasures included delivery and installation in the price, that sealed the deal. Brian and the install crew are a 15 on a scale of 0 to 10. Notifications and communication were top notch and the install was done in under an hour. They were fantastic, a class act. We already used our sauna and it is better than we expected. We recommend Patio Pleasures as the best in the business.

We recently had a fiberglass swimming pool put in as part of our new home construction. Patio Pleasures was excellent at helping us find the perfect pool! We are new pool owners so there is quite a learning curve in making sure we had all the information we needed to get the right pool and to learn how to take care of it properly. The staff at Patio Pleasures are dedicated to making their customers happy and excellent at empowering them with the information they need to be successful pool owners. Patio Pleasures hosted a Pool School for new owners to learn about managing the pool chemicals and we had one on one training on-site to learn about our pool equipment. The advantage of working with Patio Pleasures is that they are local and we can go in anytime to have our water tested and get answers to our questions. I would highly recommend working with Patio Pleasures not only because of the high quality of their product, but also for the level of ongoing customer services that comes with a pool purchase. We are extremely happy with our pool!
