In April, I went into ASAP to inquire about replacing our 14 year old pool that had rusted out by the skimmer. Cody helped me out and I picked out a pool to replace the existing one.He said they would be out the week before July 4th. I got a call from the owner, Jim on Friday June 26th saying they had an opening for Monday June 29th. I had planned to stop in to check on status that day as I know things can sometimes get behind when they are in peak season. So I was happy to hear from him that they were on schedule.The whole process went very smoothly and they were able to get the pool pretty close to the deck. The installers were great, and we made sure to have a cooler of waters for them. We appreciated them so much we made sure they were fed for lunch as well. As someone who is self employed and in people’s homes everyday, we wanted them to feel comfortable working at our home. Jim even stopped by to check on the crew.The most important factor in choosing them for our pool and installation is the fact they have there own installers. That was a huge factor for me as I’ve heard horror stories of people having to find an installer for their pools. From start to finish, it was a great experience for us. I highly recommend them to anyone. Support your local small business, that’s where you find the people that truly care about your satisfaction.
Love ASAP! They replaced our liner a couple of years ago and kept us informed every step of the way! Two weeks ago Brian called to ask if we needed opening chemicals, he emailed a list. We went over it, I called him, and they delivered it! Awesome service and very helpful staff!
We got a few quotes for a pool install and Jim was right in the middle and seemed the be the most knowledgeable and personable. Throughout the process he kept me in the loop about things and moved his schedule around as needed to fit us in and keep things moving. I csnt imagine using anyone else. As someone who is in the service industry I understand how important communication is and Jim did a great job at it. The pool came out awesome. Don't waste your time anywhere else. The whole crew at ASAP is top notch.
ASAP was amazing getting my pool up and running. They have always been polite and helpful through the years, but this year I was on a tight timeline. They were able to repair damage that occurred last fall and get a new liner in before a graduation party. Jim from ASAP delivered on all the deadlines we had. I recommend ASAP without any reservations for anyone needing a reliable pool company.
