Originally, we had heard nothing but great things about this pool service company, so we were excited to work with them. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.

The biggest issue wasn’t even the initial mistake, it was how it was handled afterward. The woman helping us (who mentioned she’d only been working there for two months) was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we tried to resolve the issue. Instead of listening or working toward a solution, she escalated the situation with her attitude and made what could have been a simple mistake into an unnecessarily negative experience.

We were sold chemicals based on their recommendation that we ultimately did not need because we were steered in the wrong direction. While mistakes happen, what matters is how a business responds. Rather than offering a reasonable solution, refund, exchange, or even helpful advice on how to correct the problem, we were met with hostility and poor customer service.

One employee’s attitude can have a huge impact on a business’s reputation. Based on our experience, the professionalism and customer service we received fell far below what we expected, and it unfortunately left us questioning the integrity of a company we had originally heard such positive things about.

I would definitely recommend using one of the other pool companies in the area rather than wasting your time, money, and energy on a business that treats its customers this way.

After inquiring about a good company for opening pools, I went with the one with the best rating. I'm not sure where these great ratings came from. I was told that it was a comprehensive pool opening and that they would take care of everything. I guess I should have asked what "everything" meant.

First off, they showed up when they weren't supposed to so I had to change up my day accordingly. Then, they spent about 20 minutes taking the cover off my pool, attaching the ladder and handrail, turning on some buttons, and dumping a couple bottles of chemicals in there. All for the low low price of $475....

Last year I had a different company do it and it was $375, and they got the leaves out and scrubbed the stairs and walls with a brush so that the filter could do its job. The only reason I didn't use that same company is because they weren't returning any of my calls after 3 weeks of trying.

We loved working with the team at Juliano Pools from start to finish. The pool came out so beautiful- beyond our expectations.

When any kind of construction is happening there are bound to be to be adjustments, changes, fixes along the way; and I have to say that working with any person that I needed to talk with that Juliano’s made themselves available, was knowledgable, and worked quickly to get the job done.

I can’t even count the times I heard them say “I’m on it”. I would highly recommend this company with Brian Juliano at the helm.

I enthusiastically recommend Juliano’s Pool service! My original pool service closed down. It was very difficult finding any pool service company willing to service a pool they did not install. It was a relief when Juliano’s agreed to assume care. Having the prior experience of another service, it has been delightful to work with Shayla and staff. I love the weekend confirmation calls and the routine scheduled visit (my previous service showed up randomly which was hard to plan around). I have also appreciated the fixed price contract for the season which includes supplies and servicing. The luxury of weekly cleaning has removed all worries about the pool maintenance. We included a cleaning with our closing which I recommend. The closing team was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I look forward to next spring to contract again for the season.

We met with a couple of pool installers. Juliano's was the most responsive. The owner came out measured and reviewed the area for the pool and spent time with us to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted. The workers were great and kept us up to date through the process. We also use them for our weekly cleanings as well as opening and closing, again they are great. The office in Manchester is very responsive whenever we have questions or scheduling of cleanings. We would strongly recommend Juliano's for any pool installations and services.
