We were having such a hard time with our pool this year and tried everything. I reached out to John after finding his page on Facebook, and he was incredibly responsive. We had no previous relationship with him, but he acted like we had been his customer for years. He was so accommodating and so helpful. He fit us in on a holiday weekend for an assessment and a follow-up. Knowing how busy he was, he made it happen. His service guy, Dean, came and did a full assessment and fixed the issue within 24 hours. John Bimis and his team are incredibly positive people and continue to support us several years after pool install. John and his team helped with permitting and install and the painful coordination of subcontractors. Installing a pool is no easy effort and along the way there are many hurdles from weather, to peak install seasoning scheduling to weird after hours on Sunday work. It just is that way. John will always be there for you even if the subcontractor reschedules. He always wants to make you happy. I tried to get three competitive quotes and John was the only one that followed through. We are incredibly happy with our pool design and John is like the OG who knows more than most and can always figure it out. Pools are complicated and our relationship didn’t end just because the install is done. He’s the guy you want to open and close the pool. He’s the guy you want to help determine the salt content. He’s the guy you want to help you build your dream. My backyard is like a resort. My friends say this every time they come over. He maintains close relationships and many of his clients allowed us to come view their pool so we could see the designs and the materials. 85k was basic pool cost and we added a lot of extras. Hardscape is extra. We did a bit ourselves. They did all the extra concrete around the pool and it came out perfect.

John & Poseidon are family now. They came into our project and built our dream backyard. Worked with our contractor on patio design our town everything. John personally spent hours here in the middle of the night/rain at times working to make sure everything was perfect. But even more importantly 3 years later that hasn’t stopped. If we need him he and his team are here within a day or two. If we have ideas to improve the design he’s all over it. I could lose a light bulb and he’ll make sure it’s repaired immediately. I swear they treat every family they work with like their own. Brings my wife flowers on Mother’s Day when they’re opening. Some of the best people to work with and just know in general.

We met John in the winter of 2021 when he came out to look at our new home and talk through our vision of adding a pool. From that very first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Construction kicked off in mid-April 2022, and by two weeks before Father’s Day, we were swimming in what can only be described as our own private oasis.

John and his crew didn’t just build a pool — they helped us create a space where memories are made. Summer at our house has completely transformed. We’ve become the go-to gathering spot for family and friends, and every time we look out at our backyard, we’re reminded of how seamlessly he brought our vision to life. We wanted something clean, simple, and modern — a large rectangular pool with a timeless look — and the end result exceeded every expectation. The pictures and videos truly speak for themselves.

We bought a house in December with a “mystery pool” that hadn’t been opened in years, and I can’t even explain the relief we felt when we found Poseidon Pools. Before them, I couldn’t get anyone to consistently call me back, give me a realistic solution, or provide a concrete quote—when I did get numbers, they were unreasonable.
Poseidon Pools was the complete opposite. They came out quickly, walked us through what we were looking at, and gave us flexible quotes with options for different materials. It was clear from the beginning that they cared about us as customers, not just as a paycheck.
They were prompt, professional, and unbelievably responsive—even in the middle of August, their busiest season. They got our pool up and running, taught us how to maintain it and use the filter (truly like a dad teaching you how to drive), and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The pool turned out incredible, and we got to enjoy the rest of the summer because of their hard work.
They also took care of closing the pool at the end of the season, something I hadn’t even thought about, and made the process seamless. Communication was easy by text or phone, and I always felt like my questions mattered.
This is my second fixer-upper home, and across all my projects it’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares. With zero pool experience, I needed guidance, and Poseidon Pools delivered above and beyond.
