If I could give Brandon and Blue Diamond Pools more than five stars, I absolutely would. Brandon’s customer service is truly exceptional. Even when he isn’t physically at my home, he has continued to help me troubleshoot and fix my pool virtually, taking the time to answer my questions, walk me through solutions, and make sure everything is working properly. What really stands out is how attentive and responsive he is. He never makes me feel like I’m bothering him, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers long after the initial service is complete. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and dependable pool professional who stands behind his work and provides outstanding support, I can’t recommend Brandon and Blue Diamond Pools highly enough. It’s nearly impossible to find a trustworthy pool builder around here—and we definitely learned that the hard way. Our first pool company ghosted us. The second company built half a pool and then vanished with our money. They scammed us (and many others) out of over $25,000. What we were left with was a swampy, half-built pool wasteland that sat untouched for almost 3 years. Enter Blue Diamond Pools, and everything changed. We got quotes from multiple companies, some of which were DOUBLE what Blue Diamond quoted us. But not only were they more affordable—they were also the most professional, responsive, and reliable company we encountered out of the six we spoke with. The difference between them and our past experience was night and day. What took Merlux months to (barely) do, Blue Diamond completed in just TWO WEEKS. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with clear, consistent communication. After everything we went through, working with them felt like a breath of fresh air. The final result? Absolutely gorgeous. Better than anything I imagined when we first started this journey. They were incredibly thorough and even made sure we knew how to care for the pool before they finished. We picked Blue Diamond Pools for our project and could no be happier with the outcome! Brandon and Kim are very attentive and communicate exceptionally well. Even better than that, our pool turned out exactly how we wanted it. They found small imperfections (things that I didn't even notice) through the build and immediately rectified it. They were in our corner and wanted us to have an awesome product when everything was done. If you pick them, you will be happy with your pool!

When it comes to picking a pool builder Blue Diamond is the obvious choice. We had a friend refer us to Brandon and Kim and after our first meeting with them we knew we wanted to have them build our pool. The process from day one was a breeze. We didn't have one single problem during the whole build. Brandon, Kim, and Morgan were always so quick to respond with any questions or concerns we might have had. They let us know when the decking was being poured so we could have our kids hands stamped in the concrete. It was taking too long to harden so we were only able to do their hands and not the date. We came back to the house two days later and saw that they had put the date under the hand prints for us. That was such a special thing that they didn't have to do but did it because they care and knew we wanted to have it there. We have been in our new home for 2 months now and are enjoying the long summer days we get to spend in the pool! Blue Diamond pools is a great company and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
