Jim and Mason installed a pool for me everything was good until they put in the liner it was to hot so the liner failed the next year Jim and Mason came back to redo the liner once again they failed to install it correctly. Jim is now saying he is retired and also injured and that according to the contract because I didn’t pay 100 percent of the fees up front he doesn’t have to honour the contract. So I am left with an almost complete pool but will have to find another company to complete the work

Over the 13 years that we have enjoyed our Softub we have had minimal maintenance requirements and very low costs. At 13 years we badly needed to make the decision to reline or replace our Softub. Mason relined our tub, did an outstanding job and provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost. The tub is like new. I highly recommend Kanaka Pool & Spa.
