Merodynamics Pools was amazing to work with. We are first time home buyers with a pool that was in poor condition. Joel and Kathy helped explain every detail with each step of the renovation process. Since we are new to having a pool, we had many questions and they both were very patient with answering all of them.

We had our vinyl liner replaced, removed the old steps and had new steps put in, had some of our plumbing valves replaced, and they removed the pool light. The whole renovation process only took 3 days and his crew that handled our liner pool renovation was outstanding. They were professional, respectful of our property, and clearly took pride in their work. The team worked quickly while still paying close attention to detail. We especially appreciated how thoroughly they documented the entire process with photos from start to finish. Overall, a great experience and excellent workmanship.

A wonderful experience from the the first phone to the final project video. Great, knowledgeable, and kind family owned business that treat you like a family member. Their quoted price includes optional / additional cost services from other companies. Had pool liner installed and it looks outstanding. Install team explained the process as I am a new pool owner which made me feel more comfortable. I truly appreciated their tireless, careful and professional work efforts to get our liner installed. Not something I would want to do often but if we need anything major done to our pool, Merodynamic is who will call. Thank you the wonderful job and pleasant experience. Their quote was reasonable and transparent, and they took the time to explain what truly needed to be fixed, replaced, or updated — along with thoughtful recommendations to improve the overall system.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from your company. It’s not often these days that a company not only keeps its promises but goes far beyond them but Mero Dynamic Pools did exactly that.

From the very beginning, I knew I had chosen the right team. My first visit with Ms. Kathy truly impressed me and set my mind at ease, especially with such a huge investment, but knowing that a woman who knows her business was leading my project gave me cause to relax. It was such a smooth experience and seeing her dedication, wisdom, and technique as she personally measured my pool made me proud to be working with you. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting everything right the first time — especially with my rather large pool — immediately gave me complete confidence in your company.

The entire project took three visits, each handled with true professionalism. To my pleasant surprise, you had a team at my door in less than a month — on the 4th of July, no less! While many businesses would have delayed or rescheduled for the holiday, your four-man team showed up bright and early, fully uniformed and ready to work. They brought all their own materials, worked efficiently, and even took the time to teach me how to care for and maintain the new liner so I could protect my investment for years to come.

A few days later, a team member returned for a final follow-up visit — not only to ensure everything was installed properly but also to pick up the special vacuums they had used to secure the vinyl tightly to the pool walls. On top of that, they installed all the new cover plates, including the skimmer plate and jet covers, giving my pool a fresh, crisp look that makes it feel brand new again.

For over a year, I could not use my pool after a carpenter had me drain it just to change a light bulb and ended up tearing the liner with a ladder, costing me thousands to repair. I did my homework, compared prices, and looked at every local provider, but Mero Dynamic Pools stood out for your reasonable pricing and your excellent customer service — and you proved I made the best decision possible.

To make things even better, your team noticed that the underlayment of my pool had developed divots from years of use, and they repaired it free of charge — something you didn’t have to do but did anyway, simply because you care.

It’s funny — my air conditioner had just gone out around the same time, but I had already committed to fixing my pool. Some people might think that was the wrong choice, but I don’t regret it for a second! Now, even on the hottest days, I have a huge, beautiful pool to enjoy outside and individual air conditioners in the bedrooms, plus central air upstairs. I’d much rather be swimming in my perfect new pool than worrying about the downstairs AC — and that’s all thanks to you.

Thanks to your dedication and hard work, my pool is finally back in perfect condition — better than ever — and ready to enjoy again with family and friends who I’ve invited this Saturday and Sunday.
