PalmSet Pools is a fantastic pool company. They are honest, execute on what they say they will do when they say they will do it, their work and contractors are professional and high quality, and they finish the job on time without delays (other than weather)! We wish we had contracted with them the first time! We had hired another pool company to do a renovation for us. Unfortunately, their work was incredibly poor. The contractor even acknowledged their poor work, however, they would not or could not execute on fixing it properly. We hired Jonathan to come in and remove the defective work and replace it with his quality work. All I can say is it was a vast difference from the prior contractor. Jonathan’s crews were polite, they listened to our concerns, left a very clean job site each night, used proper tools, didn’t blow any breakers at our home, (the prior company blew multiple breakers daily), removed and reinstalled our skimmers properly and with care, and overall did fantastic work. We wish we had known about them before! They also redid all of our coping, and tile around the inside of the pool and removed and rebuilt the stone on the spa. We are exceptionally pleased with their work, their people, and their ethics!

From the very beginning, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our vision of a 20' x 40' sports pool a reality. They guided us through what turned out to be a long and challenging permitting process (thank you, Alpharetta), always keeping us informed and helping us navigate every hurdle the city threw our way (So. Many. Hurdles.) with patience and expertise. Once we got the go ahead, they jumped in and started right away - finishing the pool on time and on budget.The finished pool and landscape design exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the design is beautiful (looking at you, Mike Simmons) and it's completely transformed our backyard into a space we love. Throughout the project, they were always available to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and make sure every detail was done right. The employees were always professional and respectful of our space and property, too.If you're looking for a pool builder and landscape designer who delivers exceptional quality while providing outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them. They are just "good people" and we are thrilled with the final result!

Jonathan, Danny, and the entire team are some of the most genuine and nicest people you can work with.I own a residential remodeling company and have worked with numerous pool builders alongside our remodel projects, and it was one bad experience after another from the end client’s experience. We decided to seek a new relationship for our personal home and found Palmset in our search. I would not consider myself an easy client for a few reasons; past experiences we’ve had alongside other pool builders, I look hard at the details, and I do not like ‘standard’ options. Jonathan and his team would listen to my crazy requests and would share their knowledge and experience when I was getting carried away.The result is an incredibly functional pool that works for our family with entertaining and for the kids having fun. My only regret is that I wish we had done all of this earlier!

We had an in ground pool built before so we knew what to expect, but Palmset Pools is in a class by itself. We drew out what we wanted, and they made it happen beyond our expectations. The crew at Palmset Pools is amazing. They are some of the nicest and hardest working crews we have ever seen. We loved that they were a family owned company, and they treat their customers like family. Quality, integrity, work ethic, sticking to a timeline, and always making sure we were aware of each step along the way is how they operate. I truly cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a pool of your dreams. They are truly a class act and I have recommended them to everyone I know! You will love this company and the people in it!!
