BonaVista built a pool and hot tub for us 4 years ago. We couldn't be happier with the result. Our kids have an amazing place to play from Spring-Fall. The service team, led by Donna, is outstanding when it comes to the yearly opening and closing of our pool and ongoing care and maintenance. Super easy review to write. Donna and Blair are honestly two of my favourite people—they always pick up when I call and actually help (which is rare these days). I’ve got a 16x36 gunite pool that BonaVista Pools installed over 20 years ago, and they still take great care of it.
Anytime something goes wrong, they figure it out fast and get it fixed without any runaround. They might not be the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.
If you want no-stress, reliable service, just go with BonaVista.

Who can use BonaVista’s urgent pool service, and how quickly does it respond?
BonaVista offers urgent help to existing customers for mechanical issues involving pools, spas or hot tubs. Urgent requests receive instructions within two hours; overnight requests sent after 8 p.m. are answered the next morning.
