I want to briefly explain why I’m rating this company very low and why I would not recommend using them. The main issue is that they never finished the job, yet they still withdrew payment from my credit card — without even providing an invoice.Here’s what happened: My hot tub began leaking, so I went to their store and purchased all the necessary parts (and more). I decided to not only fix the leak but also replace the valves, as they were no longer shutting off the water properly. Partway through, I realized the work was more time-consuming than expected, so I asked for their help.The technician who came was polite and cooperative, which I appreciated. However, he didn’t bring enough parts and even ran out of supplies — for example, he had to use my glue to complete the work. I let that go since he was trying his best.The real problem started afterward. When I began filling the tub with water, leaks appeared from nearly every area that had been worked on. I informed the technician immediately, and he asked me to stop filling the tub and wait until he returned. I respected his advice, but after several days and many follow-ups, he never showed up.I also contacted their head office multiple times, leaving voicemails and even speaking with staff, but no one ever called me back. Meanwhile, they had already withdrawn the payment from my credit card. To this day, they haven’t returned, finished the job, or provided an invoice. I was forced to find another solution to get the tub fixed.Overall, this company has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.
Paul was great giving a free water test and a detailed printout of what the pool needs to balance the chemicals.
After spending thousands of dollars at this store over a period of a few years, they would not give us a refund of 25 dollars because we did not have our receipt for a purchase we made one day earlier where the associate actually remembered us making. Disgusting! Blake the manager said “I told you not to loose your receipt as I can’t link the purchase for a refund.”All he had to do is give us a store credit which we would easily use on our next purchase of way over 26 dollars. A simple offer of that would have made us happy. Instead he stonewalled us.Sad how prepared they are to loose a loyal 20 year customer over a 26 dollar refund. He could have used his discretion and just done the right thing.
