Absolutely amazing service from Tracy. I found him on the red note a few days ago and contacted him for pool opening and maintenance. Today he came to my home to open the pool and clean everything, and I’m really happy with the result.Tracy is very professional, easy to communicate with, and takes his work seriously. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Reliance Pool. After multiple visits, they did not clean or vacuum my pool as promised. Each time, I was charged extra for them to come back, and each time they failed miserably. The last visit, they didn’t even show up at all. They left garbage all over my yard, didn't return my equipment to the shed, and made a complete mess. This company is unreliable and a total rip-off. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. I’m including a photo of the final result so you can see the disastrous state they left my pool in
