What customers say
Reviewers describe Tracy as professional, and one customer found him easy to communicate with. One customer says Tracy installed a replacement pump within a few hours and a saltwater system; another was pleased with pool opening and cleaning. A different customer reports repeated visits without the promised cleaning or vacuuming, extra charges for return visits, a missed final visit and a messy yard.

Tracy was fantastic! My pool pump failed, and he had a new one installed within just a few hours. He also installed a saltwater system for my pool. Fast, professional, and reliable service. Huge thanks to Tracy and his team, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service from Tracy. I found him on the red note a few days ago and contacted him for pool opening and maintenance. Today he came to my home to open the pool and clean everything, and I’m really happy with the result.
Tracy is very professional, easy to communicate with, and takes his work seriously. He completed the job with great quality and made the whole process very smooth. The pool looks clean and ready to use now.
I would strongly recommend Tracy to anyone who needs pool opening, closing, cleaning, or regular pool maintenance. Great service and very responsible. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Reliance Pool. After multiple visits, they did not clean or vacuum my pool as promised. Each time, I was charged extra for them to come back, and each time they failed miserably. The last visit, they didn’t even show up at all. They left garbage all over my yard, didn't return my equipment to the shed, and made a complete mess. This company is unreliable and a total rip-off. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. I’m including a photo of the final result so you can see the disastrous state they left my pool in
