This is the first time I have been using them this season. I wanted to learn to care for our pool. Tbh…having someone here onsite weekly is definitely more convenient but it’s not that bad.You just have to stick to schedule for a quick drop in. Water check in is quite fast and they make recommendations based of what their findings are. It couldn’t be any easier. It has been nothing but amazing with Jaden professional guidance. He has gone above and beyond to help me navigate our salt water pool. It is always a pleasure to visit Seaway Pools once a week to get my water checked. Jaden is super knowledgeable and guides you along the process with patience. He is kind, courteous, welcoming and always ready to assist. The rest of the staff is equally amazing and friendly! Thank you, Jaden and to the entire team at Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs Markham! You’ve made my summer :)
Craig and his team work with us to fix up our pool exactly how we wanted it. There was no pressure or upsells and they executed their job well in spite of our tricky scheduling. It all came together beautifully and quickly. Their communication could be a little better and more prompt, but in the end it all worked out.
The team at Seaway pools has done an outstanding job! From the time Craig showed up at my house to give me a quote, he was very knowledgeable and understanding what I wanted and provided the best for my needs. Corina at seaway pool Newmarket very helpful and knowledgeable helped me with a few fittings and to book my appointments! Gary and the installer showed up to my house on the day of the appointment and went right to work, put my heater in, salt system, moved my filter for me and plumbed everything up, clean and ready to go! I was home the day and was speaking with Gary the founder of seaway pools, and what an amazing man he is, took the time to explain things to me and then took a walk around my pool and pointed out what they were going to do when they open the pool! If anyone needs pool People call seaway pools, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again seaway Pool!

Gary is knowledgeable and accessible. From the moment we purchased our hot tube we have been made to feel like part of the Seaway family. Thanks to the team at Seaway and we appreciate the care we have been afforded through customer service as well as the defined support of the product which we have been made to enjoy.
Incredible experience buying my hot tub from Gary Kahoon, he took the time to understand my needs and hooked me up with a great tub. It doesn’t stop there, the delivery and installation process was amazing as well. I have some difficulty with the Electrician, and Gary and the owner Gary (There are two of them lol), He came to my house to meet the electrician to help identify the issue and fix it. It’s one thing to get good sales experience, but it’s an entirely above and beyond having them both come to my house when I had an issue.
