We have used Silver Pools on several occasions, ranging from a simple pool pump replacement through conversion from traditional chlorine pool to salt water system, liner replacement, and finally a comprehensive pool and backyard reno, complete with a 50 foot long stone retaining wall. On every occasion we found Bob true to his word, and his crew reliable. Bob is definitely an expert in this field, and I would highly recommend Silver Pools.
Silver Pools is a great company lead by their owner, Bob. They have been building solid pools for decades. Bob built my pool with a hot tub over 20 years ago and it is just a beautiful today as it was then. That pool was the main reason I was able to sell my home for above the asking price. So when I moved into my new home, I had to have Silver Pools and Bob back to build my new pool. His thoughtfulness and experience are key to me getting another solid, beautiful, and dependable pool. He uses pipes which are bigger than other pool companies use for greater water flow and if a children's small toy gets sucked in, it will have a better chance of ending up in the pump filter instead of being stuck in an elbow underground. It's that attention to details that make him unique. He doesn't cut corners at the expense of quality like others do. Bob will give you options on certain things and is very clear in his opinion on what looks/works the best. He does not want you to spend extra money on things you don't need but the final decision is up to you. I can't wait to use my new pool this summer. Their service has been great for me for 20+ years. I am so happy to have chosen Silver Pools! AAA+
Today, the pool pump was not working. I promptly called Bob, who took the time to explain why it wasn't working and sent his team to replace it, with a brand new pump, in a matter of hours. Bob gave us a warranty when his team made our pool last year and he stuck to his word. I didn't need to go check the contract or anything. Thanks Bob for being a honest man and for having such a great team to depend on. 5? customer service for sure.
We recently moved to a new home with a pool and Bob and his crew have been so wonderful and patient with us. They have taken the time to carefully explain the process and make sure we feel comfortable with all aspects of maintaining the pool. Bob is very good at giving multiple options with regards to pricing and is very thorough in explaining. Would highly recommend Silver Pools!
We had a wonderful experience with Bob and his crew. He was honest and reliable and built us a fabulous pool. We use Silver Pools to open and close our pool every year and we are always able to open exactly when we want. Bob is always available when we have trouble shouting issues and he either helps you out on the phone or is always happy to come and take a look if it can’t be solved via a phone call.
