Service was going well then last week no one showed up. No response to text, emails or calls till today I'm told he was on vacation. No notification to the customer ahead of time and no customer service. There is a lack of professionalism in his responses via email. I ended up finding some one else to service my pool.
Carlo is an experienced pool technician. He’s been very helpful, he always goes the extra mile, he is dependable and reliable. Will highly recommend going to him.
Carlo and his team do great work. I’ve had him do everything from regular pool maintenance, to replacing our pump, and even the hot tub heater.
