Lady literally on a personal call no regards to assist customers. She just lost 1000 dollar buy. If I had option to do a zero star that’s what I would given this business and that’s because there were no customers??I wonder why.

I strongly suggest that employees working on the weekend when owners are not there be knowledgeable about the products being sold. ensuring employees are knowledgeable about products. Sabrina, I would like to suggest that your business updates its hours of operation. As a customer, I have experienced inconvenience on multiple Sundays when your establishment was closed, despite expecting to be open. This not only wastes gas for customers like myself who travel from Edinburg but also causes disappointment. Just as timely payments are essential, reliable business hours are equally crucial for customer satisfaction.

I switched to Leicar a few years ago for my pool supplies. They never try to push extra chemicals and always offer excellent advice. Since switching, I have spent less money, and more importantly, less time keeping my pool looking crystal clear. I highly recommend making the move if you haven’t already.

Outstanding group of people. They answered all questions and figured out all situations. R.C. and Sabrina were outstanding in their role at the store. The work crew was outstanding and very friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our tub was installed within a day, and the water is great. I highly recommend Leicar Hot Tubs!!
