I’ve now had the pleasure of working with Dakota Hatch at Evolution Leak Detection and Pool Repair twice—once in 2024 and again in 2026—and both experiences were exceptional. The leaks were in completely different areas of my pool, yet Dakota diagnosed each issue quickly and accurately. Evolution’s response time was impressive, with someone reaching out within 24 hours. Dakota was fantastic. He came out to diagnose some persistent leaks in my pool and quickly identified multiple issues I had not been able to find on my own. We have been struggling with issues with our pool, primarily with priming being extremely difficult and suction also being so poor that the cleaner wouldn't move. Someone gave me the name of Evolution Leak Detection, as I was concerned there was a leak somewhere in the pipes. Lacey responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled to have Dakota come out like the next day. He did his testing, determined that we had some issues with valves and the skimmers, and quoted a very reasonable price. We had the work scheduled and Dakota came out and did all the repairs. Amazing - now priming is effortless and the pool is as good as new. Super knowledgeable about all things related to the pool, and both he and Lacy are extremely professional and great to communicate with. I've deleted all my other pool contacts, and will now just turn to Evolution for future repairs.

Fantastic experience working with the Evolution team. They were quick to come out and complete the leak detection service, giving a clear itemized estimate of the work to be done. Dakota walked us through various options and short term/long term needs to stay within our budget. The following week, the repairs were underway. Doug spent the ENTIRE day getting all the repairs done. So impressed!! We were anxious about a section of our pavement that had to be cut out and new concrete was poured after the repairs were done- we’re so impressed with how they managed to minimize the differing appearance. Ultimately the work was done quickly, with transparent pricing, and great communication. Absolutely would work with the team again!
