We bought HotSprings Prodigy hot tub month ago, got concrete and electrical works done couple weeks ago. Texas Hot Tub Company delivered and installed it day later. Daan helped to set up salt water system and explained how to maintain water in good condition. Two weeks we use hot tub almost every day and are satisfied with excellent quality hot tub. We had a small leak coming from under our tub, and he discovered a small tubing had come loose. He fixed the issue, secured it even better than new, and we are back up and running. Great service!

It was extremely informative and valuable information. I stayed for another hour talking to him and Eddie who had installed my first Hot Springs tub 20 years ago (the one I am replacing). We went over the details of the hot tub I had purchased and discussed the best way to get it installed- he was great!I highly recommend the Texas Hot Tub company - Great people, Great prices, Great products, and Great service.

Bought an aria hot springs hot tub and Tylo hybrid 2 sauna on Black Friday November 2025. My salesman Daan was very knowledgeable and professional. The show room layout is very nice. From the very beginning from my purchase order to delivery and set up of my items. Daan and his operation team from Texas Hot tub has been very supportive with any questions regarding set up procedures etc. I will be purchasing a cold plunge in a few months as soon as the texas temps heat up.
