These guys came out on a Sunday of the long weekend even though the store was closed and it was minus 30. This is actually the second time they have saved us in the last 2 months (for different issues), and managed to fix both issues in under 10 minus, after the electrician and another hot tub repair company failed. Could not be happier with these guys and the costumer service is always the very best!

My first visit to Steiners. I was pleased and excited to find a store in Medicine Hat that sells premium wine kits! I don't have a travel to Lethbridge or Calgary for wine anymore.They also have a great selection of Grills, Barbecues and Hot tubs.Worth a visit ??
This locally owned business in medicine hat has been open for the last 31 years, selling barbecues, hot tubs, wine kits, barbecue accessories, and hot tub accessories. RecentlyIt's been voted the best hot tub store in medicine hat 2 years in a row. If you haven't been down to see Jeff at Steiner's I highly recommend it. There's a lot to look at, and he only sells quality products.
This place has an amazing variety of goodies. The barbecue accessories are awesome and the wine making kits are a huge selling point for me. The customer service by the two young men when my husband and I entered was unbelievable! They must of come out of the womb salesmen! Haha hard not to spend a pretty penny in this store. Definitely recommend this hidden gem and definitely recommend meeting their shop dog :)
