I have been a customer of Smith Pools for many years and have purchased above ground pools, ladders, Frog Chlorinator system, chemicals…opening and closing my pool! They are always on top of my needs and concerns with prompt communication and service. Very professional in all aspects. I don’t know what I’d do without them. The crew was awesome. They started taking out the old liner and did a great job of picking up the trash. The new liner install was great. No issues at all the entire team was very knowledgeable and helpful to me for the entire process. Outstanding job. I would recommend Smith Pools to everyone.

Great communication, they were able to close our pool for us last minute, and were very quick to get it done. Would definitely recommend and we will for sure be using them in the future. -2024They opened our pool this year after closing for us last year, and it was so clear on day 1. Last year we had our pool opened by another company that had closed it for us the year prior and it was so green. We’ll never use anyone else besides Smith now. Long time customer! I've used Smith pool for 7+years both in professional and personal setting. Austin, Ricky and Kyle are who I've worked most with but they are all great!! They are extremely respectful, professional, consistent! They have long term employees which helps tremendously with ensuring there's no ambiguity. They communicate proactively texting to let me know they are ready to open/close the pool when I am, they are on the way, etc. I'm on calls most of the day so being able to multitask is appreciated!!
