When the motherboard on my Coast Swim Spa went out, Four seasons and their repair service were able to locate and replace the motherboard and heating element in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Would definitely use them again.

Anyone that gives a bad review #liar. This company -and I have waited two months to review them to see how they handled things. I've been thru a few of my personal situations (remodel 75 days) which delayed my being able to use their product. they are 100% consistent no matter who I get on the phone, or who I come in and talk to, or who delivered and who sold to me all top-notch people. I got this at home show in Nampa where there were lots of competitors all in one place. The sales girl that was there was fantastic and very personable and she’s the reason I purchased it. The owner was also there. He seemed very nice. So we are in the middle of a remodel and I couldn’t take the delivery even though it got here earlier than planned so they held it for a couple weeks then when they delivered it, I couldn’t fill it for two months when I did fill it, I called, they walk me through everything on the phone. I went in and tested my water. They went over the instructions again and then when I finally did get enough time to fill it- I got confused on how to treat it, so I called again. Then because I couldn’t figure out how to work the fountains I called another time-all very patient walk me through it. Walked me thru how to treat again and how to test. This company’s top notch hundred percent recommend and I’m high maintenance. My spa is Gorgeous. A couple photos are from the trade show.
