Overall the experience was a positive one. Brandon was able to set us up with the perfect hot tub that met our needs. There were a couple of issues which they quickly resolved or made up for. One of the issues was out of their control with the delivery and placement of the hot tub. It was placed right next to the disconnect box which would have got water all over it. I can’t remember the managers name but that dude was ready to come over and help me move it. I had some buddies over and we were able to get it moved without an issue.The hot tub education from Nicholas was great. Showed us everything we needed to know.Brandon still calls occasionally and checks in to see how things are going and if we have any questions. The maintenance and balancing out the PH has been so easy that no questions have ever come up.
Brandon is the real deal. Snake River Pool & Spa went above and beyond for me.I bought a hot tub and had quite a few issues with it early on. They replaced multiple components trying to get everything working right. What really stood out though was that even after the warranty had technically expired, Brandon kept following up and didn’t just leave me hanging.Long story short, they ended up replacing the entire hot tub with an upgraded model. That kind of service is pretty rare.Everything is working great now and I couldn’t be happier. If you want a company that actually stands behind what they sell, I’d definitely recommend Snake River Pool & Spa.
