After a long and thorough search for pool companies we decided to go with Dolphin Pools. We were fortunate to get Jean-Luc as our Sales Rep. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made suggestions and was able to work things out within our budget. The best thing is once the pool was completed we had a few minor touch ups and repairs that needed to be addressed. Ryan at the Gilbert office was so great! He was able to come out to my house right away and talk through everything. He arrived perfectly on time. I felt like he really listened to what we wanted and was able to create a beautiful vision. We are new to pools, but he talked us through everything. He was able to send us renderings within a few hours after leaving our house. I had small updates, which we talked through and he was able to promptly update and send back over. Overall, Dolphin Pools and Ryan made this process extremely easy. The prices are extremely fair compared to all the pool companies in the valley. And they are able to start work very quick! We are excited to be able to have our dream backyard in under 60 days. Thanks Ryan and Dolphin Pools!
