MIAMI POOL EXPERTS INC

We’ve been using Miami Pool Experts Inc. since we moved into our home, after the previous owner suggested their pool service. They have been great to work with, always honest, responsive, and happy to answer our questions about cleaning, water balance, and equipment. Our pool always looks clear, feels clean, and stays in great shape after each service visit. We recently decided to add a pool heater, and after comparing a few estimates, we chose them because they were the most professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with. They explained how the heater works, what to expect, and how it would help us enjoy the pool more in Miami’s warm weather. Since the installation, we’ve been using the pool much more often and everything has been running smoothly. Highly recommend for reliable pool maintenance, equipment installation, and dependable service.

After strong storms damaged our pool screen, MIAMI POOL EXPERTS INC. responded quickly with an estimate and the pricing felt very fair. Once we moved forward, Kingston and Miles arrived on time, worked in a professional way, and kept the pool area organized from start to finish. The screen enclosure was not easy to work around because of the landscaping and deck layout, but they handled every detail carefully without any problems. They returned as scheduled to complete the job, stayed on track, and made sure the pool screen repair looked solid and clean. I also appreciated that they cleaned up the work area well and left the whole poolside space neat and presentable. It is clear they know pool screen repair, pool enclosure work, and how to protect the surrounding pool area while the job is being done. I would highly recommend them for any pool screen repair or pool area service. Five stars.

They quickly figure out the issue and handle repairs in a prompt, smooth, and stress-free way. Routine pool maintenance, equipment help, and water care have always been handled professionally. In the Florida heat, it is great to have a reliable pool company we can trust to keep everything running clean and clear. My husband and I highly recommend this pool company. As we move into a new home without a pool, we know we will miss the friendly conversations and dependable support from Jack, Miles, and the rest of the team. They have always been welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to help. We have even encouraged the new homeowners to continue using this pool service for all of their pool care needs.
