What a great group of people and what a great buying experience. Everything went so smooth. I did not expect to have such an easy hot tub buying experience. These people are NOT pushy salesmen and they were so pleasant to deal with as well as very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. 10/10!
We purchased our hot tub from Amazon Hot Tubs about 2 years ago, and the experience has been fantastic from day one. Just recently, I had an issue where the breaker tripped and the tub hadn’t been running for about 2 weeks. I discovered this on a Friday while getting ready for a cookout and swimming party with family. The water was cloudy, and every time I tried to reset the breaker, it would trip again.I called Amazon Hot Tubs and explained my dilemma, and without hesitation, they fit me into their busy schedule. A technician came out the very same day, fixed the tub, and even refilled it with clean water—all before our company arrived.They truly went above and beyond to save our swimming party. Excellent service, fast response, and they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Amazon Hot Tubs!
We have had a spa and an above ground pool installed both by Amazon Backyards and we could not be more pleased with the hospitality, knowledge, pricing, and kindness! They are very professional and always ready to answer any questions! You feel like part of the family! If you’re looking for a spa or pool I 1000 percent recommend them!!
These are photos of my $150 hot tub clean I paid for. The owner Yanni, called to say she’s not giving a refund and wanted to try to send someone else. I had already cleaned it myself but finally agreed to this anyhow and she said she would send someone different to “deal with what you are complaining about and fix it since it isn’t up to your standards.“ When I said I did not appreciate her speaking to me in that manner and that I wasn’t complaining, I was simply wanting the service I paid for completed properly, she said she didn’t like the way I did business, she wouldn’t send anyone else, and finally agreed to give me a refund. I have yet to receive said refund. I also had the water changed and they didn’t even put any chlorine in it, causing it to smell like mildew by the very next morning. She didn’t even address that issue at all over the phone when she called. Terrible customer service. Just rude and disrespectful. Told me she has been in business 30 years and never had an unhappy customer other than me, and that she wouldn’t lie to me about that, yet I’m seeing plenty of one star reviews, even including the most recent one before mine...
Some of the most awful customer service. Getting someone on the phone is close to a miracle. They’ve come out multiple times for a leak and fixed absolutely nothing while still charging us, even when having to come out repeatedly for the same leak. We’ve had to pay for the water to constantly be filled as the hot tub doesn’t hold water for long. They will schedule us for maintenance and no one will show up this has happened MULTIPLE times.
