A few days after opening my pool after the winter, I realized my pool motor wasn’t in great shape. I gave them a call, explained the situation, and the very next day their team came out to diagnose and fix the issue. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and had everything running perfectly again. What impressed me even more was that they weren’t in a rush to collect payment. I paid the bill at my own convenience just three days later when I visited the store. That level of trust and customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. While I was there, I also got my pool water tested and bought the chemicals I needed. Everyone at the store was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who’s new to pool ownership and doing all of this for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to explain everything clearly—why I needed each chemical and how to use it properly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pool professionals.

I have been using Cannonball for a few years now. The key factor in dealing with this company is trust. They are highly knowledgeable in pool systems and functionality. They are honest and take care in their work. I also find their prices reasonable. All around, I would highly recommend this company to service, open and close your pool, taking a water sample for testing, and for buying all chemicals, parts, accessories and supplies.

Excellent service and always helpful. Shane helped me get up and running quickly this spring after having a few issues. Pool is over 5 years old and things have started to show up. He was able to get me hard to find parts within days and always there to answer questions. Great store, great place to get water tested and always reliable to help with pool problems, which unfortunately, are always bound to happen.

We just bought our first house with a pool. Cannonball had come highly recommended to us by the previous owners, and had been taking care of our pool for years prior. Feeling lost, we requested Cannonball to come by and show us how our equipment works, and they happily did! After Shane gave me a briefing on the chemical use and testing processes at the store, Jamie and Aiden came by our house the next day to give us a demo. They were clear and thorough in showing us the functions of the pump, heater and vacuum. We were no longer completely lost in taking care of our pool! Thank you kindly!
