We have always had great service from the staff at Halton Pools! It’s been over 9 years of opening/closing and misc service. We come from Mississauga and they are very welcoming with testing our pool water sample and giving suggestions to balance it. Thank you to Trevor and Krista for many years of family friendly kindness. PS- I’ve recommended family and friends to come and see them and they are happy too!
Absolutely horrible communication and commitment. Won't even return calls after reminders every day. Be respectful of customers time or you won't have customers to serve. Arrogance will be their downfall.
Absolutely dreadful customer service experience! The employee lacked basic people skills and was consistently rude. It's baffling how such behavior is tolerated in a business that wishes to thrive. Mentioning that I owned an aboveground swimming pool seemed to exacerbate the situation, highlighting a disregard for customer concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment if you value quality service.
Halton Pools installed a new pool for us last summer and the experience has been great! The crew was friendly and professional, and a year later the pool continues to be excellent.The in-store staff are consistently friendly and provide quality advice.
We frequent the store regularly in the summer to buy our pool supplies and have our pool water tested. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor helped us choose our pool liner last year and did a great job installing it - we absolutely love it!! Thank you to all the staff at Halton Pools N' Spas!
