A-1 Pools

Jason is wonderful….truly cares about his customers. Buying our pool from A1 was a great decision. And we are extremely satisfied with the service we have received from Turner. He listens to our questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable. He is great and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Thank you to Aviana!!!The last 2 years I have been getting my water tested for the season, and since I am still a novice pool owner she truly took the time to help me get all the supplies I needed to get my cloudy water clear! Ariana was so polite, professional, and patient! It was a great experience! Turner checked me out and was so pleasant it just made my day!

Several years ago we purchased a new inground pool from A-1 Pool and Spa on Lovers Lane, and overall I’m really happy with the experience. From the very first visit, the sales team was incredibly helpful and patient as we shoped for the right pool for our backyard. My wife and I went in with a million questions about sizes, shapes, materials, and budgets, and they never once rushed us. They walked us through every option, pulled up real photos of completed installs in our neighborhood, and even helped us pick out the perfect decking and lighting package that fit our family’s needs. Their expertise made what could have been a stressful decision feel exciting and straightforward. We closed the deal feeling confident we’d chosen the best pool for our yard and our lifestyle. Once the pool was in place, A-1’s service crew really shined when it came to water management. They spent extra time teaching us how to test and balance chemicals, explained the science behind pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels in simple terms, and set us up with a custom maintenance schedule that actually works with our busy schedule. When we had a minor algae issue after a big rainstorm, they responded the same day, diagnosed it quickly, and showed us a couple of easy prevention tricks we’d never heard before. Their follow-up calls and tips have kept our water crystal clear all season long. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that we had one minor delay in getting everything finalized, but the quality of their advice and ongoing support more than make up for it. If you’re in the market for a pool or need reliable water-care advice, A-1 Pool and Spa on Lovers Lane is the place to go. We couldn’t be happier with our backyard oasis!
