Went into store on a Friday afternoon. There were no customers in the store salespeople were at their desk. No one approached us to see want we wanted. I’m questioning their customer service. We walked out
If I could give 10 stars I would!I recently bought a house with a little 15 foot above ground pool, and I know zip/zilch/nada about pool upkeep. I moved into the house a couple weeks before Thanksgiving. Between moving in, work, being sick, and a kiddo, I didn’t really think about the fact that my pool was in no way winterized…until 2 days before Thanksgiving ??My realtor, who’s been an amazing support to me even after closing, met me at Poolside Pools & Spas the next day (Wednesday) to help me quickly get my pool covered and winterized to the best of our ability before the nights got really cold.We walk in and meet Chris and his team. We explained my situation (unwinterized 15 ft pool, the day before Thanksgiving and freezing overnight temps). I’m sure most people’s initial reaction would have been raised eyebrows, a weird look, and an “I can’t help you.” But not Chris. He quietly thought about it, and finally asked where I lived. I’m a stone’s throw away so he said ok “let’s go take a look”. This man and his whole team came over to my house, took a look at the previous owner’s attempt at a weighted cover (complete with Sprite bottles hanging over the sides), disconnected the tubing and pump, did a thorough once-over and ultimately told me it should be fine for the winter. He explained what would likely happen, the possibility of having to replace a fitting or 2, and what I would need to do come springtime and over the summer with the pump. And the cherry on top- they skimmed all the leaves that had collected on top of the waterlogged cover.I can’t thank Chris and his team enough for their kindness. I’ve lived in several other cities and states, and I can promise you, this kind of business doesn’t exist everywhere. 10 stars for the team at Poolside! I’ll be seeing you guys in the spring and summer for all my pool needs!
Purchased our hottub here. Excellent service and follow up every step of the way. Extremely helpful with maintenance and water testing. Product line for chemicals is consistent and always in stock. Staff is always professional, helpful and friendly.

Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been able to answer even my most detailed questions about water chemistry, equipment, seasonal maintenance, and product comparisons.Customer service here is truly top-tier. They’re friendly, patient, and never pushy. They have gone out of their way to test my pool water, explain results, and recommend only what I actually needed. They even remembered my name!!! Made the experience feel personal and trustworthy.

Enter Kiera from Poolside Spas: part spa guru, part therapist, part electrician-whisperer, and full-blown saint.She walked us through every single step of the process—from choosing our glorious Bullfrog Spa (which we now refer to as “the sanctuary”) to coordinating with electricians who speak in amps and volts like it's a second language. She even made sure delivery went smoothly, which felt like magic considering the size of that thing.But the real MVP moment? Kiera patiently taught us how not to turn our hot tub into a bubbling swamp. Hot tub chemistry? She made it sound almost fun. Maintenance? Somehow not terrifying. She never once rolled her eyes (at least not in front of us), even when we asked, “Wait, what does this button do again?” for the tenth time.If you’re thinking of buying a hot tub, stop thinking.
