When I called the store, Julia answered and was very pleasant, polite and had great customer service. She answered my questions and invited me down to the store to do a complementary water test for our pool. Once I got to the store, I was greeted by a store associate and pointed to the direction of Julia. Julia immediately smiled and waved and helped me with the chemical needs for my pool. She reviewed the samples that I brought in and tested the water sample from their water test machine. She showed me the results and explained what I needed to do. She didn’t try to upsell me anything. I asked for the item that was needed and she walked me over and told me the best one for my needs. He have crystal clear water now!!! Their showroom for spas and saunas are amazing! Paige And Julia showed me the information for the sauna that I am interested in and provided me with details and information for the sauna and other saunas like it. My experience at Premire Pool And Spa was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Over the last 15-years, as a customer, I’ve utilized Premier Pool & Spa for my supply of hot tub water care products. Their recommendations have definitely helped with the maintenance of my Beachcomber hot tub! Recently, in-light of preparing our home for sale, I had to fix the waterfall control valve. If you have a pool or spa, this is the place to go! I grew up with a pool but never really learned how to take care of one myself, so finding Premier was a game changer. They’ve been incredibly helpful from day one. The staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. They now handle opening and closing my pool each season, and I regularly bring in water samples so they can help me keep everything perfectly balanced and sparkling. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!

I need to start this by saying OMG! Jeff at Premier Pool & Spa in Minnesota was one of the best Sales Representative/Customer Service person I have spoken to in a very long while! We live in Wisconsin and the business we purchased our spa from folded shortly after they opened. We have a neighboring pool/spa business, but they were not familiar enough with the Arctic Spa Onzen saltwater system, so I was feeling a bit stranded. I located Premier Pool & Spa in Minnesota, and Holy Moly their Rep, Jeff was so incredibly knowledgable; more-so than the business we purchased our hot tub from! Jeff’s expertise and proficiency was truly impressive. He walked me through the refill chemical start up process, and educated me on steps I was unaware of. He was so accommodating as I texted photos of test strips to him. I am so appreciative of his assistance. My husband and I have purchased a few hot tubs throughout the years and the experience I had with Jeff at Premier Pool & Spa has made us a loyal customer. I was searching for a part for my hot tub, and Julia went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping—not just making a quick sale. Her effort and attention to detail truly made the difference. I returned the next day, and although she was busy, another employee suggested I send a picture and come back later. However, based on my experience, I specifically chose to wait for Julia because of the level of service she provided. That says a lot about her dedication and professionalism.
