Our hot tub hasn’t run correctly for the past 6 months.Billy was our tech; he immediately diagnosed the problems and started working to get us all fixed up.He was super knowledgeable and great at explaining what he was doing so we’d have a better ownership experience using our tub going forward.Give that guy a raise!
Billy was the most knowledgeable tech I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with, regardless of industry. He went above and beyond in getting the project done in one day, while gently educating me on the best way to maintain our tub. He’s a super solid guy and I cannot think of anything that could have improved the experience. If you need your Jacuzzi fixed, ask for Billy, I cannot imagine anyone more qualified!
We have had only good experiences with our Jacuzzi and the TCJ SLP team from the time of our purchase in 2022. Amber in service is helpful and proactive, she made sure we were aware of any charges and warranty items. Billy Is an excellent technician. He is prompt and effective and efficient! His communication of any issues and instruction for correct use and maintenance of our Jacuzzi spa have been very helpful in the ease of using, enjoying and keeping our spa running smoothly. I would recommend these guys to friends and family in the market and when its time for an upgrade we will be back! Thank you for taking care of us.
Thrilled with our experience- they sell great products, but the customer service is what has us feeling truly happy with our choice!On service: Dean was fantastic. The hot tub was clearly superior to the other brand we were considering, but paying the premium for Jacuzzi is something we were confident doing because of how Dean treated us. He takes our experience- including ongoing satisfaction- seriously. He is the kind of person who puts your experience first, not the sale. Throughout making our decision, getting the electrical installed, and figuring out the chemical regimen, he has been very available and helpful.The delivery team was also great. There were enough people on the team to safely move the hot tub while needing to work around new sod. They adjusted the position to exactly where we wanted it, including lots of little micro movements, and our main delivery guy even came back the same day to change out a panel that had a minor scratch on it. No haggling about the scratch or feeling like it was a rush job.On Jacuzzi: We were between HotSpring and Jacuzzi- I highly recommend doing a wet test and the choice will be very clear. No contest that jets and seat comfort are far superior. Cabinet and shell colors were also great.
The tech, Billy, who came out for a service call was awesome! He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it and let me watch without feeling in the way or like I was bothering him. He also gave me tips on how to improve my spa maintenance and performance. I’ve had other non-Jacuzzi spas and service calls for them in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, great job!!! Service for my Jacuzzi in just 2 days, prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend Twin City Jacuzzi!
