I have been using Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs for a couple of years for supplies and maintenance and recently got a new hot tub installed. I would highly recommend this team! Both their on site and in store service are amazing and I trust them to provide the right advice based on my preferences vs just trying to upsell.

?????I've been going to Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs for a few years now and they're awesome. Peter and the staff are always really friendly and easy to talk to. I can honestly say i trust them. They actually take the time to answer questions and explain things instead of just trying to sell you stuff. The other day Peter helped me understand more about water heaters, he took his time, with no pressure.The free water testing is probably my favourite thing. It saves me from guessing what chemicals I need and wasting money on things I don't. They tell me exactly what my pool needs and it's made taking care of it way easier.I recently bought a pool cover from them and it fits perfectly. I've also been buying my pool chemicals there every year because it's just so simple and convenient.Overall, great service, great staff, and a really good local pool store. I'd definitely recommend them.
After some disappointing dealings with large chain stores over issues with our hot tub, we went local thanks to a recommendation, and so happy we did. Not only did Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs help extend the life of our very old tub but, when it came time to buy new, they were informative and efficient. From Nejla showing us options, to Peter’s expertise, and Robbie and Jared executing a flawless installation, the experience was seamless. I do have to give a special shout-out to Robbie. He is the best pool tech I have ever encountered. I have been a hot tub owner for over thirty years, and Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs is by far the best shop I’ve ever dealt with.

When our 25 year old Beachcomber hot tub needed to be upgraded we spoke to the folks at Lakeshore Pools who had been providing us with expert service for decades. Nejla walked us through selection and the step-by-step schedule from order to delivery. Robbie and his team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless removal, installation, and set up, taking care of every detail at our property (and then some!). Everything was accomplished without a hitch – it was as if they had never been there and as if the new hot tub had always been there. It was filled, heated and ready to enjoy all in the same day. Jared walked us through the easy operation steps, and we were back in business. Many many thanks to everyone at Lakeshore Pools for making this an easeful experience!
