Amazing experience from start to finish with Jakub and everyone involved in the construction and startup of our pool. Total support and education throughout the process, friendly and considerate of the property, and they handled all the arrangements for permits, excavation, and electric/gas work required. We'll happily continue working with them for maintenance, and recommend to anyone looking for a pool.

This company and its crew are very dedicated. I have had some complications with a new system (installed by another company) and water chemistry after opening for our first season but Bart was always there answering my messages within minutes. If needed he would a crew or himself to assure me of the process. I highly recommend this company and Bart for their top notch service.

I have been dealing with this pool company for 10 years and have always had outstanding experiences from start to finish. They are very responsive, always show up on schedule/when they say they will, and when I have had issues that needed immediate fixing, they have made my issue a priority and fixed the problem. What truly sets them apart is their personal approach and genuine commitment to putting the client first. They are responsive, attentive and always take the time to explain any issues in full, giving cost options in a non-pressured way. One year, Jakub even fought for the manufacturer's warranty on my pool pump so I wouldn't have to buy a new one - he replaced the entire thing at NO COST to me. If you are looking for a pool company that values integrity, professionalism, and truly puts their clients first, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Had this company maintain my pool for three years. Within the three years the pool pump had failed. Due to them not opening the pool properly last year and the pump running dry. And now the heater is broken which is due to improper balance of chemicals. Had them maintain the pool weekly. I paid for both the new heat pump and heater. This company never once tooled any responsibility for the issues or offered me any sort of reimbursement or complimentary maintenance because of the thousands of dollars they have costed me. I am in the trades as well and I know mistakes happen but responsibility and accountability should be taken when these issues arise. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Jakub and his team were the consummate professionals for my plunge pool build. I was quoted by DOZENS of pool companies for my pool build, and Jakub and PFP's were the ONLY company to send me transparent line item costs and provide clear and transparent answers to all of my questions. Jakub never tried to upsell me on anything and in fact helped save me $$ by being honest with what my actual needs were for my pool. They provided clear dates for all activities and appointments and never missed them. One of the better experiences I've had for any major construction/build projects. I highly recommend Jakub and his team to anyone looking for honest, quality-driven work. Zero complaints!!
