Chris

Premier used to be great to deal with, but this year’s service was very disappointing. We paid about $760 for a spring pool opening. On June 15, Premier emailed us saying the opening was complete and that all equipment was operational. When I checked the pool, the equipment wasn’t running. I turned it on myself and the salt system immediately displayed error messages and wouldn’t produce chlorine. I contacted Lenni, who suggested two possible causes for his team not starting up the pool: (1) the water level may have been too low after cleaning, making it unsafe to run the pump, or (2) the breaker may have tripped, something that had happened in a previous year. Both were reasonable explanations, and he sent someone back to start up the equipment. When Premier’s technician returned on June 20, I personally showed him that (1) the pool had been overfilled so there was more than enough water to safely operate the equipment, even after the additional cleaning Premier performed during that visit, and (2) the equipment had power. But when the technician left that afternoon, the water was at the proper operating level, the equipment still had power, yet the pool still hadn’t been started up, the salt system still displayed error messages when turned on, and nobody explained what the problem was or provided a written quote for any repair that was needed. Even after multiple conversations with Premier, I still don’t know what, if anything, prevented the pool from being started up because no one ever identified any equipment fault or offered the written repair quote their website says they provide. To be clear, if any component needed repair, I’d have happily approved and paid for it. During our conversations, I was told it wasn’t Premier’s job to diagnose equipment problems, and I found the communication dismissive rather than helpful. However, Premier’s website states that they’ll “Start Up Pool” and “if we find any issues, we will inform you immediately and schedule the repairs once you have given us approval on the written quote.” That wasn’t my experience. I had been a loyal customer for years, never questioned an invoice, and always approved the work Premier recommended. I also referred Premier to others, which makes this experience especially disappointing. If you’re considering Premier, I’d recommend confirming in writing exactly what their pool opening service includes and whether your pool will be started up or, if it can’t be, how that will be communicated to you.

We had to replace our liner and replace our main panel. Lenni and Jodie are amazing and alway there to answer any questions. I have the weekly maintenance of the pool and Yefrey did a great job at balances the chemicals and cleaning the pool. I am very impressed with Lenni and his entire team at premier pool group and feel 100 percent confident that I found the perfect pool company.

Leni and his crew were excellent in servicing my mom’s pool. I have nothing but good things to say about them. He is always punctual, reliable, and shows up every time we need him. His work is consistently professional, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend his services.

We used Premier Pool for our weekly maintenance and opening and closing for the last few years. They are very responsive and quick follow up if I had any questions. Pre-payment is required, and we have been happy with the service so far. We own a saltwater fibreglass pool. They also installed safety cover.
