I love my Benicia Hot Tub. Got a GREAT price and worth every penny!! Deb our sales person was awesome and easy to work with. The 2 gentlemen that hauled and installed were awesome as well. When I first started looking at their tubs, Brendan the salesman introduced himself. Polite and very professional young man. I made it clear we were interested in the Aquaterra line, not a high end model and he never pushed at all. The communication with him prior to delivery was excellent. Dan and Isaac showed up to deliver, and their knowledge and customer service was a 10/10. Impressive guys. They were very thorough, answered all questions and made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Would highly recommend this company. Side note, if you’re not wanting to spend a ton of money on a hot tub, the Aquaterra line is incredible and very well built.
We visited all three hot tub stores in town when deciding on where we wanted to purchase our first hot tub from and we are so glad we chose Mountain Hot Tub.Deb worked with us to find the best hot tub that met our budget and wish list. We bought our hot tub during the chaos of the tariffs and Deb’s communication throughout the whole process was incredible. We could not have asked for better communication. Even after hours Deb made herself available to us for questions if needed.The installation was smooth and when we had a small issue someone was out next day to address it. Deb followed up with us to make sure we knew how to take care of the water. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub we would highly recommend Mountain Hot Tubs! The customer service was amazing and felt genuine.

Deb went absolutely above and beyond in her assistance from start to finish, beginning with using her expertise to help me select the perfect tub and offering me guidance through every next step of the process. She was incredibly communicative and made herself available for any questions and concerns I had along the way. I am thrilled with my new hot tub!
