Just wanted to give a shout out to Will Richardson- he was always available when I called, he handled a meltdown I had with Grace and professionalism- he comforted every concern I had and explained things to make sure I understood the process and even called back later to check on things- he definitely cares about his customers!I also want to thank Bryan who does the pool school- he answered me right back when I had issues and was very thorough with his explanation of things! He came after 7pm one evening bc we had been so busy working - he came at my convenience- when do you see that sort of customer service anymore- he is a gem! We love our pool and now love our spa!
Blue Haven did a great job at our house in Fairhope. Project Manager Tad was on top of everything from start to finish. The sub-contractors they hired to do various parts of the project all did a superb job. We love our new outdoor paradise.
This review is specifically for John Pinson—not for Blue Haven.Our overall experience with the company was extremely frustrating, with poor communication and multiple failed attempts to get help from our original project manager and other staff. That said, once John stepped in, everything changed.He was responsive, took the time to listen, and actually followed through. Our concerns were finally addressed, and the project began moving forward after a long period of delays.If you have the opportunity to work with John, you’ll be in good hands. He is the reason we were able to get answers and make progress. Huge thanks to John for coming through! We appreciate you!
We chose Bluehaven after having 3 other pool builders giving us quotes. With Bluehaven from the start to completion the service was superb Aimee the sales lady was full of knowledge and help and suggestions to help us choose what we wanted she set up for the team to call us and set the date and what to expect during the build. On the day of the build we were met by the star of the show Tad (pool manager) who went through everything with us before they started to make sure everything was as we wanted. The build went exactly to plan all the contractors were superb clean tidy and did a fantastic job and Tad kept in touch throughout. On completion our yard was cleared and put back in pristine condition.I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluehaven to anybody.Fantastic job Bluehaven thank you.
Great experience with Blue Haven. Loved our project manager Tad. He kept us fully informed throughout the process. Our designer was Kelly and he was fantastic during the design and contracting. My only minor disappointment was picking the tile/plaster. They were in the middle of moving their showroom so I didn’t feel like I had access to really see all the tile options, not to mention it was an hour away so was inconvenient.
