After going through three different pool companies, I finally found J&J Pools and it was the best decision I could have made. He showed up the same day, and within an hour my pool was crystal clear. I hired him immediately, and that was four years ago. Since then, I’ve never looked back. J&J has been consistently reliable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. In all these years, I have not had a single issue or complaint my pool is always sparkling blue and perfectly maintained. He’s not only great with weekly service, but also skilled with repairs and upgrades. He replaced my pool light quickly and at a very fair price. What I appreciate most is that J&J never cuts corners he uses the best products, which gives me peace of mind since my kids are in the pool all the time. He truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. It’s rare these days to find someone this dependable and trustworthy. I reached out to J&J after my pool warranty company’s contractor was unresponsive for nearly a full month after my pump motor went out. Javier was extremely responsive, professional, and resourceful to make sure our pool was operational before my daughters’ birthday party. He assessed the equipment the next day, and installed the pump within a week. He even made another trip out on a Sunday to explain how to operate and program the new pump, and offered to come out again with his commercial vacuum to help clear up the water before the birthday party (for free). This company reflects what customer service used to be like 20 years ago. Hard to find great contractors like this.

I have a 15 year old swimming pool and I noticed over the winter the exposed pool plumbing had several leaks. I called J&J Pool Service to see if they also did repairs. They responded the next business day to access the problem areas. They came back within days with the appropriate parts to fix the leaks. While they were there I had them service my sand filter, drain & power wash my pool. After refilling my pool I was so impressed with their work ethic and how beautiful my pool looked I began a weekly pool chemical maintenance service with J&J. I highly recommend this company!
